How it works

01

Add your cities

Search for each participant's city, up to five. The top row sets the date and the timeline the other rows are compared against.

02

Read the colors

The board follows the sky: green cells are working hours, 09:00 to 18:00 local. Warm amber is early morning or evening, dim violet is dawn or dusk (very early or very late), and black cells are night. Weekend days are marked in red in the date strip. A column that is green in every row works for everyone.

03

Pick a slot and send it

Click an hour or drag across a range. Copy the summary, copy a link to this exact board, email it, or drop it into Google Calendar, in everyone's local time.

Every cell is computed for the exact date on the board from our weekly-updated database of 160,000 locations and time zones, so daylight saving shifts, half-hour offsets, and date-line changes are always correct. Step the date forward or back and the shading follows.

Frequently asked questions

Does the planner handle daylight saving time?

Yes. Times are computed for the exact date on the board from our weekly-updated database of 160,000 locations and time zones, so DST transitions and one-off offset changes land on the correct hour.

What counts as working hours?

09:00 to 18:00 in each city's local time, shown green. Early morning and evening, 07:00 to 09:00 and 18:00 to 20:00, are warm amber as a workable fallback. Very early and very late hours, 06:00 to 07:00 and 20:00 to 22:00, are a dim twilight violet. Night, 22:00 to 06:00, is black. Weekend days are marked in red in the date strip.

How do I share the meeting time with participants?

Select a slot, then copy the one-line summary, copy a link that reopens this exact board, email the times, or add the slot to Google Calendar. Every option lists the time in each participant's local time.

Can I plan across more than five cities?

Not on this page. The World Clock Master app keeps unlimited cities on one 24-hour dial, with alarms, widgets, and shareable meeting slots.

How accurate are the clocks?

They follow your device clock and update every second. Offsets come from our database of 160,000 locations and time zones, updated weekly whenever the rules change.
