Privacy policy
How worldclock.pro handles data: plainly, and with as little of it as possible.
Effective date: 21 July 2026
Who we are
worldclock.pro is run by World Clock Pro, the team behind the World Clock Master (iOS), World Clock Pro (Mac) and Zulu Time (iOS) apps. For anything in this policy, contact us at [email protected].
What we collect on this website
There are no accounts on worldclock.pro and nothing to sign up for. Two kinds of data exist:
- Server logs. Like almost every website, our servers record standard request logs: IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamp. We use them for security, rate limiting and debugging, and we keep them only briefly.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate usage: which pages are visited, from roughly where, on what kind of device. Google may set cookies or similar identifiers for this; see Google's privacy policy. You can block analytics with a browser setting or extension, and every part of this site keeps working.
The MCP server and machine endpoints
Our public MCP server at worldclock.pro/mcp is read-only and stateless. Tool queries (city names, timestamps, coordinates) are processed in memory to compute the answer and are not stored, logged for profiling, or shared. There is no API key and no signup, and IP addresses are used only transiently for rate limiting. The same applies to machine-readable files like our sitemap and llms.txt.
Cookies
Apart from the Google Analytics identifiers described above, we set no advertising cookies and do no cross-site tracking.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent any data. The only third parties that process data on our behalf are our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) and Google Analytics, as described above.
Our mobile and desktop apps
World Clock Master, World Clock Pro for Mac and Zulu Time have their own privacy policy, which covers app-specific matters like on-device location access: apps privacy policy (PDF).
Your choices
If you have a question about your data, or want anything associated with your IP removed from our logs, email [email protected] and we will help.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
