Read the colors
The board follows the sky: green cells are working hours, 09:00 to 18:00 local. Warm amber is early morning or evening, dim violet is dawn or dusk (very early or very late), and black cells are night. Weekend days are marked in red in the date strip. A column that is green in every row works for everyone.

What counts as working hours?
09:00 to 18:00 in each city's local time, shown green. Early morning and evening, 07:00 to 09:00 and 18:00 to 20:00, are warm amber as a workable fallback. Very early and very late hours, 06:00 to 07:00 and 20:00 to 22:00, are a dim twilight violet. Night, 22:00 to 06:00, is black. Weekend days are marked in red in the date strip.
How do I share the meeting time with participants?
Select a slot, then copy the one-line summary, copy a link that reopens this exact board, email the times, or add the slot to Google Calendar. Every option lists the time in each participant's local time.
Can I plan across more than five cities?
