Mostly yes. The exchange trades on Bastille Day, Armistice Day and most other French holidays. It closes only for New Year, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Labour Day and Christmas.

Yes, exactly. All Euronext cash markets share one platform, the same 9:00 to 5:30 session and the same holidays, so this page's times apply to Amsterdam, Brussels and Lisbon too.
When does Euronext close early?
On Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, when they fall on weekdays: the closing auction runs at 2:05 p.m. instead of 5:35.
